End-of-Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the Nursing AAS program are prepared to deliver safe, evidence-based, client-centered care. Through clinical training and classroom instruction, students build strong skills in critical thinking, collaboration, and the use of healthcare technology to support patient outcomes.

Glen Oaks supports students through every step of their nursing journey. In 2024, nearly 80% of all ADN students completed the program on time—demonstrating our commitment to helping both traditional and LPN-to-RN students reach graduation successfully.
